What details does Bet History have?

You can search for game information by game and by points/money in the Bet History. It displays information about each of your games played, for each game play the date/time, stake, balance adjustment and game state are displayed. If you are interested in more details then that is also possible by drilling down into a specific game. The information displayed is specific to the game but as a rule shows the options available, the decision made and the result.

Do I have access to Bet History, if yes, then how?

Yes you can access your Bet History via the "Bet History" option on the Home Page or Games Menu. A new pop up will appear where you select a specific game and you would like to view the games played for points or for money. Once you have made your selection, hit "Submit" and the results will be displayed. In order to view the detailed information about a game play, click on the arrow next to the specific game.

You need to be registered as a Member in order to access the Bet History option. Upgrading couldn’t be easier. If you are already registered as a Guest, select ‘Upgrade’ from ‘Your Account’ details. If you are a new customer, select 'Become a member' from the home page or games lobby and follow the instructions detailed in the Members Registration area.

What does it all mean?

Game Id
This is a unique identifier given to each Game Play

Date & Time
Date and time that the bet was placed

Bet Amount
The total amount staked during the Game Play

Balance Adjustment
The final balance adjustment made to the account and the end of the game play. For example: Stake £10, Won £30, the Balance Adjustment is £20

State
There are several different states for the Game Play:-

WON	The amount won is more than the amount staked
LOST	The amount staked is more than the amount won
DRAW	The amount staked is equal to the amount won
IN PROGRESS	The amount won is more than the amount stakedThe game is currently being played or you have purchased tickets in advance and the game is yet to be played out
NO BET	The game was being viewed but no bet was placed
