So here are some instructions which will give you clear idea to start your bingo games at Golden Hat Games.

Purchase the tickets for the game you are interested in and start playing. There is 10 seconds countdown before the tickets sale is over and they must be bought within that time. During the 90 ball bingo game, the numbers are randomly called from 1 to 90 and they are marked off or daubed on your ticket automatically.

In 90 ball games there are 3 prizes to win – 1 line, 2 lines and Full House (or Bingo). There are three horizontal lines on the tickets and first one to get any one line numbers displayed on the tickets marked will be declared the 1 line winner. To win the 2 lines prize, the player must mark all the numbers on 2 lines of the same ticket. And finally the big one, the Full House prize will go to the player who has got marked all the numbered squares on a ticket. The game ends when a player has claimed the House or Bingo prize, or when all 90 numbers have been called.

For this you need to complete the registration form by clicking to ‘Register Now’ button. You must have a Golden Hat Games account to play. You can log in through the main site’s home page or directly when you launch Bingo. For all the first time player to the site, you will be asked to choose a "chat name" or“nickname”, which will be your name displayed in the chat window and whenever you win in bingo game. You must have funds/credit in your account to be able to login and play bingo.    

The bingo window gets spilt into number of key areas once you’ve logged into bingo

• A Main Menu – Options, Bet History and Help
• Your Account Balance
• Current Game Stake/Win Amounts
• A Progressive Jackpot Promotion Area
• Current/Next Game Details Area
• Call Board / Promotion Area
• Mini-Games Area

There are two main balances in your account, which may be seen in the top-right corner of the bingo window:

1. Balance – This indicates your cash balance where all your deposits and winnings will be credited
2. Bonus Balance – This shows all your bingo bonus funds which you are eligible for and will be credited from the site’s front.

We do give you option to choose either hide or view your balance by clicking on the “Hide” or “Show” toggle button next to the balance value. If you make a deposit or withdrawal from your account you will need to click the “Refresh Balance” button to update your Account Balance in the bingo window. You must have funds/credit in your account either in balance or bonus balance to be able to login and play bingo. 

There are two boxes labelled “Stake” and “Win” below your account balance in the top-right corner of the bingo window.

The Stake box displays the value of the bingo tickets you have selected/purchased for the game currently playing or about to start.

The Win box will get updated with the value of any bingo winnings you may accumulate during a bingo game. (i.e. 1 line, 2 lines and Full House or Bingo)

At the end of a bingo game, if you have won one or more prizes in the bingo game, your Win amount will be credited to your account balance and then Balance will show the final value and thus both the “Stake” and “Win” values will be reset.

The time duration of each bingo games runs approximately 6 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. For the players benefit each bingo game has a name, i.e. Grand Slam, The Big One, etc. Ticket prices and the initial prize jackpot vary between games.

The game prizes/jackpots to be won in each bingo game have minimum guaranteed jackpot price money and the actual prize is determined by the number of players/ticket purchased per game. So the jackpot size grows bigger as the more players/tickets purchased during the bingo game.

In another version of bingo game which is 75 ball Pattern bingo, there are 3 prizes to be won – consisting of either 1 line, sub pattern, full pattern or coverall. Here the player has more option to be 1 line winner. The player who is first to have all the numbers called on one line either horizontally, vertically or diagonally wins the 1 line prize. The for sub pattern win, player must have all the numbers marked off either part of the pattern which will be displayed on the tickets of the player. To win the full pattern a player must have all numbers marked off the full pattern. The coverall is like full house and to win this the player must have all the numbered squares called on a ticket.

The bingo game will automatically identify a win as the marking of the numbers is automatic so it is regardless whether you have marked the numbers or not, once you won any of the prizes, you will be declared a winner and receive the prize. Bingo Caller will make an announcement of the Winners and the chatname will be visibly published in bingo.

Since the numbers are randomly generated there are chance of two or more players winning/sharing a prize in bingo (1 line, 2 lines, sub-pattern, full pattern or Full House/Coverall), i.e. players’ may have tickets which meet the prize criteria on the same ball. There is possibility of single player winning a prize more than once too i.e. this can only happen if the player purchased tickets from other strips. In case of multiple winners of the same prize money then the cash prize will be split in equal proportions between the winners. And as clear, the winnings will be deposited directly into the player's account. Please see the help section “Playing Bingo” for more details.

For each 90 ball bingo game you may purchase a maximum of 36 tickets from the available 6 strips (each strip has 6 tickets).
For each 75 ball pattern bingo game you may purchase a maximum of 72 tickets from the available 24 strips (each strip has 3 tickets).
To participate in a game of bingo you must “select” and “confirm” purchase of your tickets.
The strips of tickets are displayed in the “Ticket Area” of the bingo window.
You purchase your tickets through the "Purchase Tickets" pop-up window:

The pop-up shows the countdown time to the next game so you know how much time you have to buy your tickets. Ticket purchase for the next game closes just before the 10 second countdown to the game begins.
On the pop-up window, you can choose whether you want to select to buy “Strips” or “Tickets”. Click on either the "Strips" or "Tickets" button to toggle between the selection method - the active option will have a tick beside it. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to quickly increase or decrease the number of strips/tickets you want to select for purchase.

If you want to select your lucky cards then you do have alternative option to do so. Click on the "SELECT" option on the face of any ticket, tickets you have selected to purchase will be displayed in a different color and have a "DESELECT" option on the face of the ticket. By chance if you want to revert your selection of individual tickets then you can click on the "DESELECT" option on the face of the ticket.

Click the “Clear” button on the "Purchase Tickets" pop-up window to reset/clear your current selection of all tickets/strips selected for purchase.

To complete the purchase of the strips/tickets you have selected, you must click the “Confirm” button on the Purchase Tickets pop-up window. Once that is done then the purchase of your tickets will be confirmed.

Purchased tickets will be labeled as “BOUGHT” and display in a different color. Ticket selection options are not available on purchased tickets.

If you did not purchase all the available tickets in your first selection, you can continue to purchase more until ticket purchase closes (just before the 10 second countdown to the game starts).

The Purchase Tickets pop-up window will give you whole information of the number of tickets you have currently selected for purchase, the price of each ticket and the total price of your ticket selection. So you know if you need to confirm purchase before the game starts.

The “Tickets Purchased” value at the top of the pop-up shows the number of tickets you have successfully purchased for the next game.

The Purchase Tickets pop-up is always on display when you are not currently viewing or playing a bingo game. You can minimize the pop-up window by clicking on the “-“ button next to its PURCHASE TICKETS title and a summary will display telling you how many tickets you’ve purchased and when the next game starts:

Click the “Click here” button on the minimized pop-up to maximize it and purchase more tickets. If you have purchased all the available tickets for the next game then you will only see a summary of your ticket purchase.

This section will show the vital history of the games statistics for each game you played along with the time and date specifics. The Bet History is must visit for all the players and so we recommend you to regularly check your Bingo transactions in Bet History in order to confirm your bets and winnings.

You can see your bet history by clicking on the “Bet History” button at the top of the bingo window.

A pop-up window will display the bet history.

You can set the following criteria to help you target and retrieve the game data you require:

• Select Game (only the games you have played are listed)
• Set the Date (defaults to the current day)
• Time (defaults to All Day or can you set hourly periods)
Click the “Submit” button to search for the games you’ve played which meet your criteria.


If game data is found, a summary list of the games will display in the left panel of the Bet History window. The list shows:

• Unique Game ID reference
• Game Date and Time
• Bet Placed Date/Time
• Bet Amount
• Paid (details of any winnings paid to a player)
• Outcome (i.e. WON, LOST, IN PROGRESS, DRAW)
To view more information on the game, click on the “Game ID” for one of the games listed.
For bingo games, the following information is available:

• a display of the cards you purchased and their position when each of the 1 line, 2 line and House prizes were won
• the bingo numbers called
• the winners and their winning cards
• the number of players in the room at the time of the game
The number of players in the room is the sum count of players who either purchased tickets or are logged into chat.

If by chance your connection to a Bingo game is lost for any reasons e.g. internet connection problems, quitting by clicking on the X, you can still go back into Bingo and resume your participation.

If you are fast enough to join before the game has begun, you will see the same tickets/strips as before and you will have the option to purchase, if time permits.

But in case you join the game whilst it is in progress and you have already purchased tickets for that game then the game will resume at the current number being called, your purchased tickets will be retrieved and you will be able to watch the remainder of the game being played out.

Bet History will come into rescue if due to some reason you are disconnected while a game is in progress and you can still see the results in Bet History after completion of the game

If you missed out the tickets for all the reasons mentioned above and by the time you re-login to bingo the game is already in progress and you don’t want to be mere spectator the we have the option to purchase tickets for the next game and be sure of not to miss the lucky tickets for that game.

In the event of a Bingo or Mini Game not playing out for whatever reason, malfunction will void all pays and play.
